Sheet 01Minimum criteria
You need to say yes to all of these.
- A registered entity — private limited, LLP, partnership or proprietorship — with PAN and live GST in the entity's name.
- An operating floor with at least 18 usable seats for this project, running two shifts to 21:00 and a Sunday half-desk.
- Two years of live domestic voice experience, including at least one outbound business-to-business or high-value sales process. This is the strictest experience bar on Akontec's domestic board and it is not waived.
- Agents who can hold an unscripted business conversation. Your hiring profile matters more than your infrastructure here. Graduate or diploma-level, ideally with some exposure to real estate, construction, industrial sales or B2B services.
- Tamil and English fluently on every seat. Written English good enough to send a proposal covering note to an architect.
- Hiring capacity — 18 people trained and certified within 28 days of award.
- Working capital for the setup investment plus at least two months of your own running cost before the first payout lands.
- Clean record — no blacklisting, no unresolved data misuse allegation, no pending criminal proceeding against the promoters.
- Acceptance of monitoring — recording on 100% of calls, QA access, screen monitoring on request, weekly governance.
- Willingness to sign the MSA, NDA, SOW, Rate Annexure, Data Protection Addendum and a 24-month non-circumvention undertaking covering the contractor and vendor panel.

- You are an individual looking for work-from-home income. This is a B2B contract with a registered company.
- You want guaranteed monthly income regardless of output.
- Your floor runs on scripted, high-pressure telecalling. That style fails inside two weeks against architects and developers.
- You cannot staff a shift that runs to 21:00 or a Sunday half-desk.
- You cannot fund your own salaries for two months.
- You want to negotiate away recording, QA access or the weekly governance call.
- You are looking for a franchise, distributorship or a returns-based investment.
- You want to start with six seats. The four-desk structure does not exist below fifteen.
