Akontec · Domestic BPO project · Construction

The desk that finds the next project before the last one tops out.

Corps Constructions builds through a panel of registered contractors and vendors. Its business acquisition desk — new clients, project leads, tender opportunities, enquiries, proposals and follow-up — is being placed with one BPO service provider. Fifteen seats, and the highest per-seat rate on Akontec's domestic board.

Sheet 01The project in one minute

Construction sells slowly. This desk keeps it moving.

Corps Constructions takes projects from the market — residential, commercial, industrial and institutional — and awards the work to contractors on its registered panel, sourcing materials from registered vendors. Owners pay the company; the company pays the contractors. That model only works if there is a steady front end feeding it real projects.

The front end is this desk. It develops new clients, generates and qualifies project leads, watches tender portals for opportunities the company can bid, handles inbound business enquiries, coordinates proposals and estimates, and follows up until a site meeting happens or the enquiry is honestly closed.

It is the most demanding of Akontec's four current domestic placements, and it is priced accordingly. Cycles run months, not days. Your agents will be talking to builders, plot owners, architects, project management consultants and factory purchase heads. Hire people who can hold a business conversation without a script crutch, and this desk pays better than anything else on the board.

Channels

Voice, WhatsApp, email

Outbound business development plus inbound enquiries from the website, listings and referrals. Tender portals are monitored, not called.

Languages

Tamil and English, mandatory

Both on every seat. Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada on part of the desk is a scoring advantage for territory expansion.

Term

24 months, 3-month lock-in

Reviewed at day 60 for steady state and day 120 for territory expansion.

Sheet 02Four desks, fifteen seats

How the floor is divided.

Because prospecting a factory owner and tracking a municipal tender are different jobs with different clocks. Full task detail is on the scope of work page.

Desk A · 5 seats

New client development

Outbound to plot owners, builders, developers, architects, PMCs, industrial and institutional buyers within the assigned territory tiers. Territory ownership, not queue allocation — the same agent keeps the same district.

Desk B · 3 seats

Tender & opportunity

Daily sweep of government and private tender portals, prequalification tracking, EMD and submission calendar, and the pass-or-bid recommendation pack that goes to the Corps technical team.

Desk C · 4 seats

Enquiry qualification

Inbound business enquiries qualified on scope, site status, approvals, budget band and timeline, then converted into a scheduled site visit for the technical team.

Desk D · 3 seats

Proposal & follow-up

Requirement sheets to the estimation team, proposal dispatch and version tracking, and the long follow-up cadence that runs for months after a proposal goes out.

One team lead covers the four desk heads. Desk A and Desk C carry a working senior at a 70% call load, because a new agent cannot open a conversation with a developer and there is no substitute for someone experienced sitting next to them.

Sheet 03The honest part

We can give you the project. Not the result.

Akontec brings the client, the process design, the tender data subscriptions, the domain training and weekly governance. Everything after that is decided on your floor — who you hire, how many certify, how many seats stay filled, and how well a conversation with a developer actually goes.

On a construction desk the gap between a good centre and an average one is wider than on any other project we place, because the conversations are unscripted. Read what we provide and what we do not promise before you spend anything.

No income is guaranteed

₹75,000 per seat is a fixed rate against a minimum performance standard — not a guaranteed monthly income. It is payable on certified productive seats, gated on adherence and quality, and can be reduced or withheld.

The ₹7,50,000 investment buys setup, tender data, training and documentation. It does not buy a return and it is not refundable once consumed. Salaries, premises, power and connectivity are yours to fund on top of it.
